Research Interests

Q. In a world where there is so much to be studied, how do you know what to pick?

A. To this question I answer the old saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”

What I love to study: Psychology and Law

  • Biases of Judges, Expert Testimonies, Lawyers, Case Managers, and Jury Members
  • The structure of the legal system and its psychological effects for everyone involved in a case
  • Social Psychology and its ability to apply to the law

How I like to study it:

  • Quantitative data! Specifically data sets that are already in place. For example, sentencing data from different States and/or legal records in the form of documents for the courts or exhibits.
